Mom's birthday

We celebrated mom's 55th birthday tonight. It was a bitter sweet celebration. I'm sure she missed dad and wished he was here to celebrate with us. But mom did call after we had cake and of course he was busy working. Having the distance between them, it has brought them eve closer.

This is her gift for Mother's Day-I made a scrapbook page of the picture we took on Easter. It's of our family and the picture turned out great. Everyone was smiling...well, almost everyone but I'm sure they were smiling from inside.

Vegas Baby!!

We had another busy weekend! We went to Vegas to meet up with our family. Mom and Dave visited with his family. Auntie Reenie, Uncle Mike, Erin, and Chris arrived on Sunday. Elizabeth and Doug came early on Saturday, so the four of us hung out. We stayed at the same hotel, the Flamingo Hotel. When Gregg and I checked in, we got upgraded to a suite!! It was a huge room!! Two bathrooms, a dining table, flat screen tv, and a wet bar! We started the night at the Hard Rock Hotel and had some drinks at Wasted Space. The oddest thing about the bar was the bathroom-it was co-ed!! Very Weird! But there was always someone by the stalls making sure two people did not share one stall...hehe. After we loosened up with a few drinks, we made our way to the Foundation Room in Mandalay Bay. That was so much fun!! We had a great time....drinking, dancing....and more drinking!! Can you tell?! Easter Sunday

We went to mom and dad's church for Easter. Cousin Phillip, Steve and Jennifer actually made it to church. It was nice having the whole family together. Mom was very happy we were all there.

Kim and the kids came down for a week of Disney fun. Steve came down later that week to join them. We spend some time at the pool before they headed to their hotel. 9/28

Macy's Weekend

Mom brought Macy down for a visit. It was all about Macy that weekend. We went to Santa Monica Pier and had lunch at Il Fornaio. Then drove to Venice Beach to do some shopping and people watching. Here's Macy getting a tattoo....just a temporary one, of course! 7/19
